Service Packages

Please Read Before Booking with Excellent Finish

To help us provide the highest quality service, please take a moment to read the following important information before making your enquiry:

• Cancellations: We kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Payment: Payment is required immediately upon completion of the service. We accept cash, bank transfer.
• Vehicle Preparation: Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before we arrive so we can begin work without delay.
• Pricing Notice: Our listed prices are general estimates. Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, vomit, or excessive mess that requires extra time and effort to clean.
• Location Requirements: For safety and insurance purposes, we are unable to work on main roads, public car parks, or any area that poses a risk of damage or injury.
• Weather Conditions: While we always aim to complete your booking, we may need to reschedule in the event of extreme or unsuitable weather conditions.
• Space & Access Needs: We require a parking space and  also need access to both electricity and water—please ensure there is a tap and plug socket within 50 meters of the vehicle.

• Service Area & Travel Fees:
  
  • We are based in Halesowen, Birmingham and travel up to 1 hour for starter packages.
  • For locations beyond this, a £20 charge applies per extra hour of travel (each way).
  • For regular maintenance clients, we travel up to 45 minutes.
  • If you're outside of these zones, feel free to get in touch—special arrangements can be made.
